Reflective last week

 Last week, I summarized a poem. I was the narrator adding more expression to an eight year old boy in the north. It taught me point of view and allowed me to add my own sauce to the piece. It gave me insight and wisdom and how it feel to be in somebody else shoes when experiencing something tragic. It allowed me to feel how the author prescribed the character to feel and allowed me to give my own option and insight on the over a poem. It help me understand it more and comprehend what it is the question ask and help me understand the question more.

Reflective

 Today I learned about Emily Dickinson. I learned about her poem called “I felt a funeral in my brain” I learned how she went through a form of depression and how she felt she was about to loose her mind. It got to a point where it got numb and she couldn’t feel it anymore. She felt it happening over and over again . I learned that the mind is the battlefield and without that you have no control. You have to want help to receive help.

Reflective

 Today I learned a new set of vocabulary words. I completed three exercises overall. I wrote 15 sentences for 15 different words from my new vocabulary roster. I completely fill in the bank with the new vocabulary I learned today. Last but not least I also did some answers choice. Learning new vocabulary words help me expand my vocabulary and my comprehension.
